After upgrade Win 8.1 to Win 10 I went through some issues..
Apps don't open (crash very fast).
Applications and Resources menu ditto, it's load to open, but crash instantly.
The boot is too slow. In Win 8.1 it's take about 3 seconds with Intel Rapid Start Technology. In Win 10 I get a black screen after log in my Microsoft account, then it's take about 1 minute to show my desktop. I read in others foruns thisis due to aAMDdriver incompatibility with Windows10 (Windows Update download the drive automatically).
I chose toreturn towindows8.1temporarily, I would justreportthe problem herein the community. Someone elsegoes throughsomething like that?
I hopea fixby AMDor Microsoftabout the problem, until I can update again.

Version 19.30.01.29 of the AMD/ATI Radeon video card driver suite was released on August 12, 2019. These drivers are also referred to as AMD Adrenalin Edition Drivers.
This is the latest version of these drivers, compatible with most AMD-based video cards and modern PC operating systems.
This is the final, WHQL version of these drivers and replaces all previously available drivers. You should install v19.30.01.29 if you have a supported AMD or ATI GPU running any previous driver release, including any beta version.
